The fault in our stars, chapter 11,5-12,5

Peter van Houten is very unpleasant, they started to yell on them. After a while when they have feuding Augustus and Hazel get out from his house. 

His assistant follow then out and ask them if they want to go to Anne Franks house. But there was no elevator and so many stairs. It's hard for both Hazel and Augustus, but when they finally get up they kissed, in front of everyone.
